| Joe
Randeen: A multi-award winning producer,
with over 40 releases worldwide, Joe served as
the executive producer on the Hear Harmony projects.
Training has always been a fundamental part of
Joe's life. The Hear Harmony CDs has been a longtime
vision of Joe's and when he married Rachelle,
a professional vocal instructor, the vision came
to fruition. After working for Vineyard Music
for seven years, Joe now heads up his own design
firm, 3
Penguins Design, which is involved in Web
Design, CD Enhancements, Business Card CDs and
Graphic Design. Hence the cover art, Website and
enhancements for the two Hear Harmony CDs were
all produced by 3
Penguins Design. Joe has a Bachelors degree
in Business & Management and is currently
working on his MBA at the University of Redlands. |
| Rachelle
Randeen: A professional educator for
over eight years, Rachelle brings a wealth of
knowledge and experience to the Hear Harmony projects.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Rachelle taught
middle school choir prior to moving to California.
She taught for another two years until daughter
Sydni was born. After that she taught private
piano and vocal lessons while growing her own
music transcription business - MusicTranscription.com.
Rachelle has a Bachelors degree in Music Education
and a Masters degree in Education. In addition
to MusicTranscription.com,
Rachelle continues to work as a vocal coach for
recording artists and live performers. |
| The
Randeen's currently reside in Southern California
with their two young children Sydni and Keegan. |

Jeff
Dykhouse: Jeff
served as the engineer for this project. Jeff
own his owns production house Jephtha
Studios, where both of the these CD's were
recorded and mixed. Jeff resides in Southern
California with his wife and two children.

Arganda:
Vocalist - Andy is a singer, musician and worship
leader. She currently resides in England where
she works for Soul Survivor. |
| Raquel
Cooke:
Vocalist - Raquel is a singer who has used her
talent in both live and recording settings. Raquel
currently resides in Southern California with
her husband and son, with another son on the way. |
| Murray
Hiebert:
Vocalist - Murray is a singer, musician and worship
leader. He currently resides in Kansas but wants
to move to California. |
| Tony
Sanchez: Vocalist - Tony is a singer,
musician, songwriter and worship leader (and one
of the nicest humans alive). He currently resides
in Southern California with his wife and two daughters. |
